Your account on chat-pilot.ai

Sign in to chat-pilot.ai/account and find your licence, invoices, linked apps, keys and the problems you reported.

ChatPilot itself runs on your computer and needs no account. Your account on chat-pilot.ai/account is where the rest lives: your licence key, invoices, the problems and wishes you reported, and your sign-in settings.

There is no password. Go to chat-pilot.ai/account:

  1. Type your E-mail address and press E-mail me a code.
  2. Enter the 6-digit Code from the e-mail and press Sign in. A code works once, for 10 minutes; Send a new code sends another.

No e-mail after a minute? Look in your spam folder, or check the address. Or press Sign in with GitHub instead, if your account uses the same e-mail address as your GitHub account.

With two-step sign-in on, a new browser also asks for the code from your authenticator app.

Signing up is by invite only for now. An invite comes as a link; open it and use the e-mail address the invite was sent to. Your account is made when you enter the code.

KeysKeys for an app that reads your reports over MCP, such as Claude.

Your reports and our questions

When the makers have a question about one of your reports, Your reports says so at the top and you get an e-mail. Answer on the report's page; your answer gets it moving again. When a fix is ready to test, update ChatPilot and check whether it still happens.

Keys for your reports (MCP)

Under Keys you make a key for an app that speaks MCP, so it can list and read your reports, file a new one, reply and follow, as you. The page shows the Server address; each key is shown only once, when you make it. Keep it to yourself and revoke a key when you stop using it: whoever has it can act on your reports.
