People and client cards
One person, all their chats; what ChatPilot knows about them, and how you correct it.
Someone who writes to you on WhatsApp, by e-mail and on Slack is one person under People: their chats together, with one timeline and a reply box where you pick the app.
Link chats to a person
- People → Looks like the same person lists chats ChatPilot thinks are one person (same name, phone or e-mail). Merge (or Add to an existing person) links them; Not the same hides the suggestion.
- In a chat, its details show the person, or Not linked to a person yet to link it.
- + New contact makes a person by hand.
Search the list by name, company or tag, and narrow it to Business, Private or Sent as lead.
A person's card
Open a person to see and change:
- Company, Role, Email, Phone, Website, Birthday, Type (business, private or both) and Tags.
- Notes: anything worth remembering. They stay on your computer.
- How you write to them: language, formal or informal, greeting, emoji, length. ChatPilot fills it in from your own messages to them; drafts and auto-answer follow it. Once you change it, ChatPilot leaves it as you wrote it.
- What ChatPilot remembers: small things auto-answer picked up in its conversations (a trip, a new job, an exam on Friday), with a day where it's about one. Edit or forget each. These are only used in this person's chats.
- Learn about this person (auto-answer): switch it off and ChatPilot keeps no notes and no profile of them by itself.
- Update from chats has ChatPilot read their chats and fill in what's empty. Your own entries stay.
Client cards
When a chat is bound to an account in a connected system (a CRM, an ad platform, a shop), the chat shows a one-line client card above its messages; click it for the whole card in the side panel. The figures are read from that system, read-only. On a person, In your CRM shows their record and deals, with Move stage and Save conversation as note as cards you check before Run.

People → Pipeline shows your linked contacts' deals per stage across your CRMs.

How to connect such a system: Connect a system, and for HubSpot its own page.
