Stripe
Look up Stripe customers, payments, invoices and subscriptions; anything with money asks twice.
Stripe handles payments. Connected, ChatPilot can look up customers, payments, invoices and subscriptions, for example when a client asks whether their payment came in.
Connect it
- Settings → Connected systems → + Add system → Stripe (marked sign in).
- The MCP URL is filled in for you. Give it a Name and choose Read it: only in chats I bind it to (safest for client data) for client records, so each client's chat only sees its own.
- Click Sign in with Stripe and sign in on Stripe's page in the new tab. ChatPilot gets a token, never your password, and keeps it fresh by itself.
- Back in the panel, ChatPilot notices the sign-in and looks at what it can do there.
Money stays with you
Every action that involves money (a refund, an invoice, a payment link) is marked money, stays off until you switch it on, and asks you a second time each time it runs. Auto-answer can never be given a money action.
Stripe also accepts an agent API key instead of signing in. Then add it under Other (any MCP server) with that key (Any other system (MCP)). A restricted, read-only key is the safest choice.
Reading is all ChatPilot does by itself; anything that changes something there is an action you switch on first (Actions in connected systems).
