What ChatPilot understood

The kind of system, what an account is and which tool gives which figure, and how to correct it.

When ChatPilot learns a system, it also works out what kind of system it is and which of its tools give which figures. The client card, monitors, reports, auto-answer's live figures and the CRM card in People all build on this. You find it under the system in Settings → Connected systems → What ChatPilot understood.

What it shows

  • The kind of system: CRM, ad platform, shop, helpdesk, finance, projects & tasks, calendar, or something else.
  • Whose: many accounts, each bound to a client's chat (the usual), or your own account (shown on Today as My account, not bound to chats).
  • Accounts: what an account is there (e.g. "advertiser or publisher", "contact or company") and how ChatPilot finds one.
  • Profile: the profile it uses for this system (Profiles and packs).
  • Roles: one line per figure this kind of system has (an account's figures, its balance, a contact's deals, an order's status …) with the tool that gives it, or — none.

Only tools that read can get a role. Nothing here can change anything in the system.

Labels show where a line comes from: set by you, from profile, or read by ChatPilot where ChatPilot's own reading fills a gap in a product profile.

Correct it

Click Correct to choose another kind of system, another profile, whose accounts they are, how an account is found, and the tool for each role (or none). Click Save: ChatPilot uses it from now on, and keeps your corrections when it learns the system again.

Use ChatPilot's reading forgets your corrections (it asks first).

A system learned before ChatPilot asked what kind it is says so: press Learn again, or correct it yourself.
