Go through your inbox, answer and clear chats without the mouse; jump anywhere with ⌘K.
Press ? in the panel to see the shortcuts. They work while the cursor isn't in a text field; Esc leaves a field.
Jump anywhere: ⌘K
Press ⌘K on a Mac (Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux). Type a few letters to jump to any chat, person, page or setting, or to run a command (mark this chat done, discuss it, auto-answer off everywhere). Type a question and pick Ask ChatPilot or Ask about this chat, or Search all messages. On a phone, the ✦ button does the same.
