Monitors and stop-loss
Let ChatPilot watch a connected system and tell you when something happens — and, if you allow it, pause the item that's losing money.
Monitors
A monitor is a check ChatPilot runs on a connected system, with read tools only. You describe it in plain words ("a campaign spends more than 50 a day without conversions"); ChatPilot makes the check, shows you what it understood, and you switch it on. Monitors are on the system's card under Settings → Connected systems.
When something matches, you get a Telegram alert. For a monitor about one client's account, the chat comes back into your inbox with a ready message to the client, which waits for your Send. Per monitor you set how often it checks, how important it is (only urgent ones alert in your quiet hours), and you can snooze it.
Stop-loss
A stop-loss is a monitor plus one pause action of the same system: when the check finds an item (a campaign, an ad…), it can pause it. Press Add a stop-loss under a monitor, pick the pause action and how long the problem must last.
- By default it proposes a card: you get it in Telegram with ⏸ Pause now, or press Run.
- Switch on pause by itself and only the pause runs on its own: once a day per item, at most a few a day per account (3 by default, never more than 20 a day per system), each reported in Telegram at once with ▶️ Resume.
Only actions that pause or stop something can be used. Budgets, bids, money and deletes never run by themselves.
