HubSpot

Connect HubSpot's CRM with an MCP connector of your own: contacts, companies and deals next to a chat.

HubSpot is a CRM. Connected, a client's chat shows their stage and deals on its client card, People shows the CRM record of each contact, and People → Pipeline shows deals per stage (People and client cards).

Connect it

HubSpot needs an MCP connector of your own first:

  1. In HubSpot, go to Development → MCP Connectors and create one.
  2. Give it the Redirect URL that ChatPilot's form shows (+ Add system → HubSpot), and read scopes for the CRM objects you want ChatPilot to see (contacts, companies, deals …).
  3. In ChatPilot's form, enter the connector's Client id and Client secret, give it a Name and choose Read it: only in chats I bind it to (safest for client data) for client records, so each client's chat only sees its own.
  4. Click Sign in with HubSpot and sign in on HubSpot's page in the new tab.

Notes and stages

With a contact linked to its HubSpot record, Save as note and Move stage open HubSpot's own actions as an ordinary card, once you switched those actions on. Nothing runs until you press Run.

Reading is all ChatPilot does by itself; anything that changes something there is an action you switch on first (Actions in connected systems).
