Notion

Look up Notion pages and databases from a chat.

Notion holds pages and databases. Connected, ChatPilot can read the pages and databases you can see in Notion, for example your price list or a how-to, while it discusses a chat or writes a draft.

Connect it

  1. Settings → Connected systems → + Add system → Notion (marked sign in).
  2. The MCP URL is filled in for you. Give it a Name and choose Read it: in every discussion with ChatPilot suits a team's own work; only in chats I bind it to keeps it to the chats you choose.
  3. Click Sign in with Notion and sign in on Notion's page in the new tab. ChatPilot gets a token, never your password, and keeps it fresh by itself.
  4. Back in the panel, ChatPilot notices the sign-in and looks at what it can do there.

With an MCP token instead

Business and Enterprise workspaces can use an MCP token instead of signing in. Add Notion under Other (any MCP server) with that token as the key (Any other system (MCP)).

Reading is all ChatPilot does by itself; anything that changes something there is an action you switch on first (Actions in connected systems).
