The team overview and when someone leaves
See how the team's work chats stand, per member and per partner, and hand someone's work over when they leave.
The team overview
Owners and leads find Team overview under Today once they sign in (or open a link ending in #team). It shows how the team's work chats stand.
Per member:
- their work chats and the chats with new messages;
- chats waiting on an answer for more than 2 days (
team.waiting_days), each one a click away; - reminders: follow-ups and snoozes back in the inbox;
- tasks due;
- hand-overs: drafts auto-answer left for them;
- partners quiet for 30 days (
team.quiet_days): people nobody wrote to or heard from; - the median time to a first answer over the last week.
Partners lists the people from People with who has the relationship, the last contact and their open questions. Filter it with Waiting, Quiet or All; a click opens the person. Someone only shows up once their chats are linked to a person (👤 in a chat).
Only work chats count. Private accounts and chats never show here, not even your own.
On Mondays at 9:00 (team.weekly_digest_hour) the same overview goes to the Telegram control bot as a digest, when the bot's member is an owner or a lead. team.weekly_digest: false switches that off.
When someone leaves
On Settings → Team, press Disable next to them. ChatPilot shows what moves and asks who takes it over (the first lead is suggested, else an owner):
- their work accounts, and the chats that come in through them;
- the chats given to them;
- their open tasks;
- the rules that assign to them.
Their private accounts and chats stay theirs, so still nobody else sees them. Tick Unlink to log out their private Telegram accounts and WhatsApp devices as well; the chats stay. Press Disable and hand over.
They are signed out everywhere at once. Nothing is deleted: history, their notes and what ChatPilot knows about people stay, under their name. The list shows whom their work went to.
Enable lets them sign in again, but gives nothing back by itself: reassign chats and accounts by hand.
