Actions in connected systems
ChatPilot only reads connected systems by itself; anything that changes something runs when you press Run on a card that shows what is sent.
A connected system (a CRM, a shop, an admin panel, a calendar…) has tools that read and tools that change something. ChatPilot treats them differently.
Reading: by itself, read only
ChatPilot, discussions and live figures only ever get the tools that read. They can look things up, never change anything. A tool whose name suggests writing is left out.
Changing: actions you switch on, run when you press Run
Every tool that changes something becomes an action, listed with its system under Settings → Connected systems, and off until you switch it on. Each shows what it does: creates, changes, sends, deletes or money (and budget for budgets, bids and spending limits).
When an action is on, it still only runs when you press Run on its card. The card is filled in from the chat and the contact, and Exactly what is sent shows the values that go to the system. Change any field before you press Run.

- Actions that involve money, delete something or set a budget or bid ask you a second time.
- You open a card with Send to… on a chat or a message, from a discussion with ChatPilot, or from a rule's Propose an action. Proposed cards wait in the chat and under Automation → Rules & auto-answer → Waiting for your Run.
- Every run is logged, and the chat shows a line for it.
Actions auto-answer may run
For an action you can also tick auto-answer may run it: in chats where auto-answer is on, it may then run that action without a card. The contact's details come from ChatPilot, not from the AI. It's limited per day, once per action per chat a day, and every run is reported in Telegram. Actions with money or deletes can never be given to auto-answer.
Live figures in answers
Auto-answer may answer with live figures from a system bound to the chat (Live data in the chat). ChatPilot runs the lookup itself, only for that chat's own account; an answer about another account is thrown away and the reply waits for you.
