ChatPilot tracker
Read and answer your reports to ChatPilot's makers from a chat, with your ChatPilot account sign-in — no address, no key.
The ChatPilot tracker holds the problems and wishes you sent to ChatPilot's makers. Connected, ChatPilot can look up your reports and their answers while you discuss a chat, and filing, replying and following become actions you switch on. It uses the sign-in of Your ChatPilot account: there is no address to type and no key to copy.
Connect it
- Sign in first: Settings → Your ChatPilot account → Sign in (how).
- Settings → Integrations → + Add system → ChatPilot tracker (marked your account). Not signed in yet? The form says so, with Open Your ChatPilot account.
- Give it a Name, choose Read it, and press Connect. ChatPilot checks it answers and looks at what it can do there.
What it sees
It works as your account, with its rights as they are at each call:
- a customer gets their own reports: list and read them, file a new one, reply, follow;
- a tracker admin gets the whole tracker, with what their rights allow (such as setting a state or a label).
Reading is all ChatPilot does by itself; anything that changes something there is an action you switch on first (Actions in integrations).
Signing out
Sign out under Your ChatPilot account, or under Linked apps on chat-pilot.ai, and the tracker stops too: its row says signed out, and Sign in takes you back to the account card. Sign in again and it works again, nothing to set up anew.
For other MCP apps (Claude and the like), see Your reports over MCP.
