Share usage counts
Tell ChatPilot's makers which kinds of systems your pages and questions use, once a week, counts and names only; off until you switch it on.
Settings → Privacy → Share usage counts helps decide which systems ChatPilot supports better next: ready-made pages, alerts and client cards for the systems people really use. It is off until you switch it on, and you can read exactly what goes before anything does.
What goes, and what never does
Once a week, about the week before, ChatPilot sends chat-pilot.ai:
- per integration: what kind of system it is (an ad platform, a shop, a CRM …) and, for a system ChatPilot has a ready-made profile of, its name — for one it doesn't know, only the kind;
- how many of your report pages use it and how many questions to Ask ChatPilot looked something up in it;
- for a system with a ready-made profile: the names of the tools your pages and questions use;
- which ready-made pages you added, kept, changed or removed.
Never: figures, rows or anything a system answered, your page titles, your words or your questions, chats, the names you gave your systems or accounts, addresses, keys. The counts are added up with everyone else's, and nothing on chat-pilot.ai says which account sent them.
Switch it on, look, switch it off
- Open Settings → Privacy → Share usage counts and switch on Share usage counts with ChatPilot's makers.
- What would go now shows the report exactly as it would be sent, for this week so far.
- After a report went, What was sent keeps the last ones: open a week to read it.
Switching it off stops it at once and deletes what was counted and not sent yet. Sending needs your ChatPilot account sign-in; without it nothing goes. Sharing a profile ChatPilot learned of a system is a separate question with its own answer.
