E-mail signatures
Several signatures per mailbox, one for new mails and one for replies and forwards, added to every mail you send.
Every mailbox has its own signatures. Open Settings → Mailboxes, click the mailbox and open its Signatures tab.
Add one
Press Add signature, give it a Name (for example Full or Short) and write the Signature, then press Save. Your first signature goes under new mails and under replies and forwards straight away. Add as many as you like, for example a full one with your address for new mails and a short one for replies.
Edit changes a signature's name and text; Delete removes it (asked first). A mail that started with a deleted signature goes out without one until you choose another.
A signature with formatting or a logo shows formatted in the list. Its Edit changes the name and its Plain-text version: the text mail apps show when they show plain text. The formatting and the logo stay as they are.
Which mail gets which
Under Starts with you choose the signature for New mails and the one for Replies and forwards, or No signature. It is used for every mail from this mailbox: the ones you write in the mail window, your replies in a chat, drafts ChatPilot writes for you and auto-answer's mails. ChatPilot never writes a signature of its own into a draft, and never makes up contact details.
In a reply, the signature goes sets whether it comes Below the quoted mail or Above the quoted mail.
In the mail that goes out, the plain-text part has the usual -- line before the signature; a formatted signature also goes as a formatted part, with its logo inside the mail itself, so it shows without load images.
