Pipedrive

For sales teams and agencies on Pipedrive: a client's deals, activities and notes next to their chat, with ready-made pipeline pages, read only.

Pipedrive is a CRM. Connected through Pipedrive's own MCP server, a client's chat shows their open deals and last activity on its client card, People shows the Pipedrive record of each contact, and People → Pipeline shows the deals per stage (People and client cards).

Connect it

Pipedrive's MCP server works on every Pipedrive plan; you sign in with your own Pipedrive login, so ChatPilot sees what you may see there.

  1. In ChatPilot: Settings → Integrations → + Add system → Other (any MCP server) (Any MCP server).
  2. MCP URL: the address of Pipedrive's MCP server from Pipedrive's own help page for AI assistants.
  3. Choose sign in (OAuth), give it a Name (e.g. Pipedrive) and choose Read it: only in chats I bind it to (safest for client data).
  4. Click Sign in and sign in on Pipedrive's page.

ChatPilot recognises Pipedrive by its tools and picks the Pipedrive profile by itself (the system's page → Understood tab shows it).

What you get

  • Client card: open deals, last activity and the deal owner of the client bound to the chat.
  • Ready-made pages (📊 Reports → Ready-made): Pipedrive pipeline (open deals and their value per stage), Won and lost deals in a period, and Activities and follow-ups (due, overdue, deals without a next step).
  • Monitors, all off until you switch them on: deal won, deal lost, overdue activity, and an open deal without a next step for 14 days.
  • A weekly pipeline report as a draft every Monday.

Using Pipedrive's MCP server counts against your Pipedrive plan's AI budget.

Notes and stages

With a contact linked to its Pipedrive record, Save as note opens Pipedrive's addNote as an ordinary card once you switched that action on. Pipedrive moves a deal to another stage by the stage's number with updateDeal, which can also change a deal's value, so it is an ordinary action you check before you press Run.

Reading is all ChatPilot does by itself; anything that changes something there is an action you switch on first (Actions in integrations).
